Outlook 2010 (POP3)
- In Microsoft Outlook 2010, go to File and then Info and click on
the Account Settings drop down button and select
Account Settings...
- Click the Email tab and click New.
- Click on Manually configure server settings or server types. Click the Next button.
- Select Internet E-mail and click the Next button.
- Enter Your Name and Email Address. Choose POP3 for the Account Type. Set the Incoming and Outgoing Mail servers to mail.yourdomain.com, and enter your Login Information. Click More Settings... when you are done.
- Go to the Outgoing Server tab and check My outgoing server requires authentication.
- Go to the Advanced tab, and then change the Outgoing server (SMTP) port to 587. Click the OK button, then click the Next button.
- Click the Finish button.
