Outlook 2003 (POP3)
- In Microsoft Outlook, from the E-mail Accounts menu, select Tools.
- On the E-mail Accounts wizard window, select Add a new e-mail account, and then click the Next button.
- For your server type, select POP3, and then click the Next button.
- Enter Your Name and Email Address. Set the Incoming and Outgoing Mail servers to mail.yourdomain.com, and enter your Logon Information (your user name is your complete email address). Click the More Settings... button when you are done.
- On the Internet E-mail Settings window, go to the Outgoing Server tab. Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
- Go to the Advanced tab, and then change the Outgoing server (SMTP) port to 587.Click OK, then click the Next button.
- Click the Finish button.
